Is it dangerous or painful?
No. It is pain free and non-invasive, most users find it very relaxing.
Do I need eye protection?
The face masks are designed to not affect the eyes.
For the panels and photon device eye protection is recommended but not compulsory. The light is very bright and some prefer to wear eye protection for comfort. We do not recommend staring into the panels for any extended periods.
How do I choose the right product?

Can I wear clothes when using the panels?
For the best results clothing should not be worn, the light needs direct access to your skin. Clothing will block the wavelengths.
What is a red light therapy panel.
A red light therapy panel is a device that uses specific wavelengths of red and/or near-infrared light as part of a light therapy routine. The Glowrite panels use 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light.
How long should I use the therapy devices?
Please follow the instructions that are included with each product, however most treatments are recommended to last between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the device.
